Coaching and Mentoring

Although any manager can play the role of coach or mentor, there are immense benefits to using a detached outsider. An independent coach is not involved in the organisation or its culture and has no vested interests. Individual sessions are available in three, six and twelve month packages.

An example of a Coaching package consists of six face to face meetings, unlimited telephone and email contact and materials.

An example of a Mentoring Programme consists of a two-day course followed by quarterly follow up workshops over a twelve month period.

A Diagnostic Coaching Session is a face to face session to determine what sort of coaching may be suitable for you and to formulate a personal programme.

All Organisational Coaching begins with a Diagnostic session to determine a tailored programme for your needs. At the start of any coaching a contract meeting takes place to agree the aims, objectives and outcomes of the programme. At the end of the coaching a detailed Return on Investment form is completed and an evaluation meeting held to determine whether objectives have been reached.
