Would you like to build on your coaching style and learn how to create a unique thinking space for your clients?

This highly participatory course is led by Margaret Edwards who is one of an elite group of consultants certified by Nancy Kline to teach the Thinking Environment*. This is a process for liberating the human mind to think for itself with unprecedented clarity, originality and rigour. The Thinking Environment* offers the potential to transform your coaching and achieve new levels of effectiveness.

It was developed by Nancy Kline, Time To Think Ltd. The quality of everything that we do depends on the quality of the thinking we do beforehand. Find out how the Ten Components of the Thinking Environment* can benefit your clients thinking.

Aims:

To introduce coaches to the Thinking Environment* and enable them to achieve new levels of effectiveness in their coaching.

Course Objectives:

By the end of this one-day course you will :

  • Understand that the quality of our thinking is affected by the way we are treated by people
  • Have an insight into how the Thinking Environment* can provide a framework for coaching to enable people to think for themselves
  • Know that the Ten Components, and especially Attention, create the conditions to free the mind Experience what it is like to have generative
  • Attention to ignite your thinking Have an awareness of how assumptions can block people’s thinking
