About Me

M E Associates is led by Margaret Edwards MCIPD MSc BA (Hons)

Margaret has twelve years experience in management consultancy, working with a wide variety of organisations in the public, private, housing and charitable sectors. She has designed and delivered individual and team development inputs and is a highly experienced executive coach and mentor.

Prior to this she was responsible for Human Resources as part of a Senior Management Team of six steering a large local authority department of 1800 employees, with involvement in city-wide projects and trade unions consultations. Margaret has also worked in retail and in the NHS. She has a down to earth person, uses plain language, and is committed to the practical application of what she learns.
